Continuous Improvement

The Directors of EMS are committed to the continuous improvement of all aspects of our operations.

The company operates a quality system and endorses the concept of Total Quality Management and of continuous improvement.

The goal of the company is customer satisfaction and improvement in business efficiency. Every member of our staff is involved and responsible for achieving this goal. Performance is constantly monitored in order to continuously improve the service we provide.

Consultancy, management and design procedures are established through a Quality Plan for each project. This ensures that each contract is executed in a controlled manner and that the quality requirements detailed in the contract brief, specification and drawings are achieved.

Through effective management, the company's goal of achieving customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and business efficiency is achieved. This is measured through our key performace indicator (KPI) procedure .

Key Performance Indicators

The Group is committed to working closely with clients to ensure that their requirements are fully understood and that the services provided satisfy those requirements. All companies within the Group operate Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management Systems, meeting the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 2000: 14001 and 18001. EMS Group employs a Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager: who is responsible for the management and development of the ISO9001 and safety management systems throughout EMSS. He is responsible for ensuring that the Group companies develop and operate modern integrated management systems and for overseeing the implementation of Investors In People and continuous improvement monitoring processes. By entering into dialogue with our customers we have developed a set of key performance indicators and critical success factors to ensure through continuous monitoring - improved by measurement we believe in listening to our clients requirements - move to about us – continuous improvement page
